Hi Everyone We are back with a Brand New Release! You know we love our floral’s & we have a few lovely release to come very soon – but today’s is the wonderful Chrysanthemum’s, which look so beautiful shaded in. With Mother’s Day (UK) coming up soon this digi stamp would be perfect for a special card.
Card sample One
For the first sample I’ve gone bold and bright with oranges and yellows. Keeping it fairly simple with matt and layering & die cutting. To start I’ve stamped around the edge of of the card base with small flower from our Chrysanthemum Flower Head Polymer Stamps. Die cutting a piece of burnt orange mirror card & embossed it with a dotty check embossing flower (which I think is from Tattered Lace). To stay with the checked theme I’ve selected a paper from our ‘Sunny Sunflowers‘ Paper Pack. After shaded the Chrysanthemum Digi Stamp – I’ve die cut – glittered the edge & pop foam pads on the back – & made the sentiment into a flag. Finishing off with some of our coloured mixed Pearls.
Sample Card Two
For the second sample we’ve created this gorgeous, eye catching purple Chrysanthemum card. I’ve folded a piece of A4 card in half to create an A5 card & then cut the front in half. Die cutting squares & turning them round to make a diamond shape – to place in the center. Using one of the ‘Elegant Florals‘ papers on the back part of the part matted onto purple card. For the left hand side of the card I’be used the remaining part of the purple card & used a strip embossed folder to add a little pattern and texture. Adding a little of our ‘Lilac Twinkle‘ Glitter & white pearls in the corners

Hi Everyone I’m back with another idea with how to use our range of clear stamps – normally we would focus on cardmaking but we’ve been trying something a little different. I just to keep a dairy as a young girl & then as a teen had a small filofax & a few years ago tried to set up a bullet journal (only I didn’t get very far). I don’t know about you but even thought it’s not something you share with anyone – I always get stuck what to write or do in it, so I overthink it & end up not doing anything at all. So after a little research into bullet journals – you can do whatever you like – make it creative & fun.
I’ve decided 2021 is going to be the year I’ll create a fab journal/bullet journal. My dad bought me this lovely journal for Christmas last year & I’ve wrote in it once – so by creating beautiful pages I’m hoping this will motivate me to journal!
Getting Started; Monthly front pages
I’ve decided to pick a month which will co-ordinate well with my sunflowers
Step 1: I’m not great with calligraphy style writing – I chose a nice font & printed a sheet off so I could trace the wording. Deciding on how I wanted to use the Sunflower stamp – I penciled in guide lines – inked up the stamp & masked off the section I didn’t want stamped.
Step 2: Using promakers I’ve shaded in the Sunflowers
Step 3: To make the colours pop I’ve gone back in with coloured pencils to add shading. Once I was happy with the flowers – I inked in the lines under the stamped sunflowers. Then moved onto the wording ‘September’ I was going to heat emboss the wording but then decided on doing the wording in ombre style – choose three tones of the same colour & colour the wording from dark to light. Finishing the wording off by going round each letter with a fine liner.
I’ve finished off the page by heat embossing dots around the page to fill in some of the white space – with a gold metallic embossing powder. I think it gives it move a luxe look.
I like things to co-ordinate – to finish off the back of the monthly page, I’ve backed it with papers from our Sunny Sunflower Digital Paper Pack. Making a little pocket to store items I may need for that month – I’ve even stamped some tags which I could use to place on Birthday gifts or use to write on & stick in the journal. To liven up the writing paper with came in the journal I’ve stamped the sunflowers into the corners of the pages for that month.

Hi Everyone We’ve added a new set of clear stamped to our Etsy Shop! The beautiful Fuchsia Flowers. Today we are celebrating the new release with an how to guide – showing you how to create this beautiful heat embossed fuchsia background.
What You need;
* Twinkle Lane Designs – Fuchsia Flower Clear Stamps *Coloured Card – Pink & Purple *White Card *Silver Mirror Card *Blank Card (8×8″) *Decorative Dies – (we’ve used Sue Wilson) *Winsor & Newton Drawing Inks; Strawberry, Purple & Emerald *Embossing Ink Pad *White Pearl Super Fine – Wow Embossing Powder *Sequins *Glitter *Adhesive Pearls *Foam Pads
How To Create A Fuchsia Background;
Step 1: Take the white piece of card, I’ve cut it to fit an 8×8″ card. Then inked the fuchsia flower stamp with an embossing ink pad. Sprinkle Wow ‘White Pearl Super Fine Embossing Powder’ & heat with a heat gun. Continue to randomly stamp the fuchsia around the card.
Step 2: With your drawing inks it’s time to start painting your embossed flowers (the heat embossed lines will repel the ink). I’ve started with Strawberry coloured ink mixed a little bit of purple in & watered the ink down a little to create a lighter colour. Don’t worry if the flowers are different shades.
Step 3: Now with the purple ink – I’ve mixed a little strawberry in & again watered it down a little. Start painting in the top petals.
Step 4: With the emerald green – finish off by inking in the leaves. Once it’s all dry – go back in with the inks – without watering them down & add in darker tones to create shading.

Hello Everyone We are back today welcoming Autumn in by giving you a step by step tutorial on how to shade the coat on our Autumn Girl Digi Stamp. We first released this digi in 2016 – the thing I love about her is the movement I’ve tried to capture – with the wind blowing her coat and hair. The leaves also swirling in the background.
You could cut around autumn girl or die cut her – this way you get her with or without the leafy background.
Since we are colouring ‘Autumn Girl’ Digi I thought I’d go for an autumn colour palette. To choose my colours I often hop on over to pinterest & find a nice colour palette on there. Just like this one which inspired the colours I have used;
How To Tutorial; Let’s start shading

Hi Everyone We have been playing with the new Gerbera clear stamps – this time we are going to show you how to create this lovely stamped/heat embossed floral boarder. Below we will give you a step by step guide and also the materials you’ll need to get started.
* Twinkle Lane Designs – Daisy Posy Clear Stamp Set * Watercolour Card *Clear Embossing Ink Pad * Wow Ebony Embossing Powder * Heat Gun * Watercolour Paints / Pencils * Paper cutter / Scissors / Craft Knife * Scrap Paper
Step By Step guide:
Step 1: on a scrap piece of paper stamp the daisy posy – cut around the flower heads & then cut the stems out, so they are two separate pieces. This will make two masks you’ll need when stamping.
Step 2: wipe clean your stamp. Ink up the flower head with your embossing ink pad & mask off the stems – mine naturally stayed onto the stamp. Stamp onto the watercolour paper – sprinkle your embossing powder over & heat.
Step 3: take your flower head mask & mask the image you’ve just stamped & repeat the process twice more. Tip you may need a little low tack tape to keep your mask in place.
Step 4: Once you’ve finished stamping – you flower boarder should look like this. (You may notice I’ve added in a few stamped leaves on either side – this is a optional). Now it’s time to start watercolouring the flowers – you can do any colour combo you like.
Step 5: We’ve given you two options – you could take a paper cutter & cut into a rectangle – leaving a nice boarder around the edge.
Step 6: or if want to take the background out – use scissor to cut around the outside edges & with a craft knife cut the small pieces out between the flowers.
Now your ready to create a card with this finished piece
This week we launched our Brand New ‘Daisy Posy’ Clear Stamps & today we are going to show you how to create this cute mini Birthday Card. Below we will list the materials & show you a step by step guide – lets go…
What you’ll need;
* Twinkle Lane Designs – Daisy Posy Clear Stamp Set * White Card * Blue Card * Embossing Folder * Small Pearls * Ribbon * Black Ink Pad * Alcohol Markers / Colouring Pencils * Glitter * Foam Pads *Edge Die * Double Sided Tape
STEP BY STEP Guide
Step 1: With a plain white piece of card – stamp your daisy posy twice – you will need to use an ink pad which doesn’t bleed when using alcohol markers. We’ve gone for blue hues but you could a colour of your choice. Once I’ve shaded with promarkers, I then put shading in with coloured pencils.
Step 2: Once your happy with the shading – cut around the daisy flowers – cutting off the stalks. Then take another piece of A4 white card – fold in half to make an A5 card – measure the centre point & cut in half – this will give you an A6 card. Fold will be to the left & opening to the right.
Step 3: Blue card measurement; 5.7 x 14.8cms White card measurement; 5.1 x 14.8cms These measurements include the fancy edge cut with the die.
Step 4: With foam pads – stick these to the back of both cut out daisies & the blue piece of card. Remember not to place foam pads where your daisies go behind the blue card. Instead place a little double sided tape there – to make sure the edges stick down.
Step 5: With your die cut edge white piece of card – grab an embossing folder & emboss your card.
Step 6: With some ribbon (we’ve used gingham) stick this in the middle of the embossed piece of white card & then stick the card down with double sided tape to the blue card.
Step 7: Time for some finishing touches. Cut some extra ribbon & tie this into your strip of ribbon in a knot – to create a faux bow. Using the Happy Birthday stamp in the pack – stamp this on a scrap piece of paper & cut it into a small rectangle. Glue small pearls onto the edges of the cut shape. Then add some glitter to the centre of the flower – for a little sparkle.

Today we are showing our first sample using the brand new cosmos clear stamps we’ve just released. For this card we created an heat embossed frame – below is a list of materials you’ll need to create this card. Plus we will give a simple guide on how to create the frame.
What you’ll need; * Twinkle Lane Designs – Cosmos Flower Clear Stamp Set * 8×8 Card Blank * White Card * Silver Mirror Card * Patterned Paper (we’ve used spotty polka dot paper) *Sequins and Small Pearls * Lilac Mirror Card * Heat Gun *Embossing Ink Pad * Wow Embossing Powder (we’ve used Shrinking Violet, Metallic Silver & Ebony ) * Square Nesting Die & Lacy Die (we’ve used a Sue Wilson Die) *Foam Pads
Step 1: Cut a square 8×8″ from white card & then cut a smaller square 6×6″ from scrap paper & tape this into the centre of the card, with a low tack tap. Start inking up the large cosmos flower head with your clear embossing ink & stamp this flower into all four corners – making sure the flower is stamped within’ the outer edge of the white card. Sprinkle embossing powder & heat emboss. You will now to make two large cosmos flower masks – to do this simply stamp the flower twice on scrap paper & cut around the outline. Mask two of the cosmos & then ink up the smaller cosmos flower & stamp in between the two larger flowers on all four sides. Then heat emboss.
Step 2: Your frame should look like this once you’ve finished embossing & taken the scrap square paper from the centre. Now you need to cut all around the outside edge of your stamped cosmos flowers.
Step 3: Once you’ve cut around the outside edge – select a square die which fits into the centre of the frame & cut the middle out – to create your embossed cosmos flower frame.
Final Steps: Cut you background paper slightly larger than the square cut in the frame – stick this to the centre of the card blank. Place foam pads on the back the frame & stick this to the card. Then glue sequins around the outside of the frame. To fill the centre of the card we’ve used a Sue Wilson die with a similar shape to our stamped frame. We’ve then embossed cosmos petals around the outer edge of the sentiment. Finishing off with small pearls around the die cut shape.
